ARE YOU READY TO BE A JUNIOR CHEF?

For those students that think they want to peruse a career in Culinary Arts and Hospitality or start their own Businesses we provide business skills, hands-on work experience providing a strong foundation for a long career in these fields or go to a post-secondary institution, to further their knowledge of the art of food preparation and service. Students that complete the 180-day program, once the Academy achieve its accreditation are eligible to receive Certified Junior Culinarian (CJC) certification, from the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation.
